Do I need to use both steps together?

Can I use the serum without the microneedle, or vice versa?
You can, but the system is formulated to work as a pair — each step is designed to support a different mechanism. For full effect, we recommend using both as directed.
What order should I use these in during my routine?
On microneedle days, cleanse first, then microneedle. On all other days, apply the daily serum to a clean, dry scalp. The two steps don't need to be used back-to-back.
Can I use this on wet or freshly washed hair?
Both steps are formulated for a clean, dry scalp. Applying to wet hair can dilute absorption.
How long until I see results?
Scalp biology is individual, and results build with consistent use over time. This is a maintenance system, not an overnight fix.
Can I use this if I haven't noticed any thinning?
Yes — in fact, earlier is easier. Supporting the follicle's environment before changes become visible is the most effective way to use this system, though it's formulated to support scalps at any stage.
Will this work faster if I use it more than directed?
No — more frequent microneedling isn't more effective, and can irritate the scalp. Stick to the once-weekly protocol for best results.
What should I expect to see, specifically?

Is this safe for color-treated or chemically processed hair?
Yes. Both formulas are applied to the scalp, not the hair shaft, and are safe for color-treated, keratin-treated, or chemically processed hair.
Can I use this if I have a sensitive scalp?
The formula is designed to be gentle, but as with any active treatment, we recommend a patch test before your first full use if you have a history of scalp sensitivity.

Do I rinse either product out?
No. Both the daily serum and the weekly treatment are left on. Do not rinse.
